AncestryDNA is the third genealogy test that I've done, after previously doing 23AndMe and African Ancestry. This time around I asked my father to take the test with me so we could compare our results. Not that I thought we would find anything new, we are African American and beige, so it's a guarantee that we would be mostly West African with around the 20% mark European. But the DNAMix test that came with African Ancestry said I was 9% East Asian, where 23AndMe said I was 1% East Asian. The East Asian admixture can be inclusive of Native Americans, so
